Deed of usufruct between RTC Mariveles and Limay

TESDA III Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson Valdez with RTC Mariveles headed by Mr. Neil Santioque visited two (2) Municipalities for the extension of training programs of TESDA and for the partnerships created on June 9, 2021.  The fruit of the visit was the finalization and approval of the deed of usufruct between RTC Mariveles and Limay as well as Brgy. Batangas II Mariveles, Bataan.

The TESDA team consists of RD Atty Valdez, RTC Mariveles head Mr. Santioque, TESDA Bataan Provincial Director Julie Ann Banganan made a courtesy call with LGU Mayor Hon. Nelson David and paved a site visit together with Councilor Remegio Tayag Jr. and PESO Manager Ms. Evangeline Mariano to the building of Limay Center for Excellence (RTC annex campus) with a total land area of 1,200 sqm.  The honorable Mayor agreed to have a twenty-five (25) year validity of this deed of usufruct which will be of help for the conduct of various training programs.

The next approved deed of usufruct was between RTC Mariveles and its long time partner, Brgy. Batangas II, granting the use of Multipurpose I as RTC-Mariveles Satellite Training Center located at PPDC, Housing, Batangas-II, Mariveles, Bataan consisting 1,600 sqm.  The Honorable Chairperson Venancio Villapando agreed to have a twenty (20) years validity of this deed.

RTC Mariveles is determined to expand and strengthen the TESDA’s mandate, programs and services.  And with the help of its partners, this will bring TESDA programs closer to them to serve more clients to improve their lives and finds work at every step of the way which ideally applying its policy “Tesda Abot Lahat”.
