Former Regional Director “Mitzy” Tangonan together with San Miguel Corporation Project Head, Atty. Rosales visits RTC Mariveles

TESDA region III former Regional Director RD Nenuca “Mitzy” Tangonan together with San Miguel Corporation (SMC) Project Head, Atty. Micaela Rosales, visits Regional Training Center Mariveles last June 29, 2021 to coordinate with a possible partnership training for the relocated community in Mariveles.

Center chief Mr. Neil Santioque accompanies the guests to LGU Mayor Hon. Josephine Catañeda to discuss the proposal of SMC for the relocation of residents from Sitio Boracay to Townsite Lucanin wherein TESDA will offer different training programs to provide them skills, knowledge and attitude which will help them for their employment.  They will be provided free training, assessment and accessibility of the programs through the satellite training center of RTC Mariveles located at Batangas II.  The momentary meeting resulted a positive feedback from the Honorable Mayor and will help them to discuss these with the affected community. 

In support with the Directives of our Director General Sec Sid Lapeña and the mission to help those in needs, TESDA Mariveles will never get tired of providing support and assistance which will uplift the importance of training programs that will go further than just mere skills training provision but also will support them into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
