OFW Kabalikat: Sugar Concentration

TESDA RTC Mariveles led by their center administrator, Mr. Neil G. Santioque, with the help of Ms. Evelyn Villegas (trainer) and assistant Ms. Daisy Mae Gonzales conducts community based training in Process Foods by Sugar Concentration, one of the units of competency of Food Processing NC II.
The one day training was attended by twenty-eight (28) participants from the very supportive group partners of Tesda Mariveles who were Kabalikat/Tupad and OFW council. Mango Jam was the end product and being equally divided by the group.
This is in line with the Director General Sec. Lapeña’s directives on Agri-surplus programs thus seeing the importance of food security.
